For Services:
Please note that Brew’s Incorporated stands behind all the services we offer. When a client asks for a refund, please allow 7 to 10 business days to process this request. If you feel that we have made a mistake, please give us a chance to correct the issue. If we have exhausted all means to correct the issue and no solution can be made, then a refund will be granted based on the issue. If we have not corrected the issue or have not been informed and allowed to correct the issue, no refunds will be granted.
For Products (Coming Soon):
If a product comes DOA, (Dead on Arrival), an exchange or full refund will be granted minus the shipping and handling cost within 7 to 10 business days . If the item was ordered by mistake or is no longer wanted or needed , you will be given a refund minus shipping, and a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the item within the first 30 days of purchase. Past the 30-day mark, no refunds or exchanges will be made. If the product goes on sale within the first 14 days of the customer purchase, the difference between the retail value minus the sale price will be refunded back to the customer if it is brought to Brew’s Incorporated attention.
